Jim Siel: Treasurer 2003-2005.

Appeared in the March 2004 issue of the OTTS newsletter.
Jim is our very efficient treasurer. As we all know, Jim and his family have been through an
earth-shaking year, with their  7-year-old son Christian who was very, very ill and needed a heart transplant if he were to survive even another few weeks. It is such great news to know Christian received the transplant just
in time; recovery is good and he hopes to go back to school very soon.

Jim started detecting in 1992.  Shortly thereafter, his detector was stolen from his car.

Undaunted, Jim joined our club, bought another detector and goes hunting whenever time permits.
Jim is married and has 5 children, that take up a lot of free time.

He works for Universal Underwriters.

He considers a rare Phoenix button to be one of his best finds.
