We met at McDonalds at 122nd and Glisan at 8:00 am then at 9:00 am drove to Parkrose High. It was slow at first then Ed Slater found a 1941 Walking half and later added a gold ring, Jack Hipp found a 1901 Indian head inserted in a necklace plus a silver Washington quarter, Todd Mullican found a silver ring just as I was approaching him to show him the 1942 merc I found plus later found a silver ring, our president, Bill Baker found a 1963 rosey right in front of Dick Gaboury and good old Clarence Sparks brought in the garbage truck again for a total of 64 pieces to win the half donated by Dick Gaboury. 19 members showed up and 2 guests.
