December 2004
December's Club Member Outing by Tom Smith The December outing was at Willamette Park. It was a very beautiful winter day with clear skies and lots of sunshine. The good finds were a bit sparse, but Jerry Harris managed to find a sterling earring, a 1957-D Quarter and an 1892-S Barber Dime. Todd Mullican found a 1950-D dime and William Park found part of a silver earring. Only 5 wheaties were found but 8 canadian pennies were found which is way more than usual. Dick Gaboury donated 5 Barber Dimes to give away to the 5 people with the lowest points for the day. William Park donated a nice Morgan Dollar to give to the person who got closest to $1.84 found and that went to Carl Middlebrook who had $1.83. The Membership Participation Dollar went to Ron Rathbun.
